It's still very warm here, so I shall try this one over the weekend as I have everything at home. We are eating a lot of salads at the moment - we eat them while we can as soon we'll be heading into autumn and looking for warmer food. <br /><br />I concur about the avocado - unripe avocado is not pleasant to eat at all. If the ones I buy are unripe, I pop them in a brown paper bag with either an apple or banana for two to three days until they are ripe.
