Hope this helps! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-87878249093735640572019-09-28T01:33:19.778+01:002019-09-28T01:33:19.778+01:00Marie. What would be the equivalent of "packaged pre-cooked rice" here in Canada? Being from Canada yourself I'm hoping you would know. Thanks... :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-15194827174952669082019-03-25T13:37:01.843+00:002019-03-25T13:37:01.843+00:00You're welcome Monique! xoxoYou're welcome Monique! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-53535038194940517472019-03-25T12:42:50.757+00:002019-03-25T12:42:50.757+00:00Thanks Marie! Thanks Marie!La Table De Nanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04358539954508050792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-39638241712186060212019-03-25T11:51:34.760+00:002019-03-25T11:51:34.760+00:00Marie, I do think that if you cooked the rice, use...Marie, I do think that if you cooked the rice, used shredded already cooked chicken (you could poach it in some stock with lemon juice added) and then combined it with a bit of stock, the shredded chicken, onion, garlic and oregano, you could pop it into a covered casserole for about 25 minutes, then stir in the cheese and single cream and cook it for five minutes longer, take it out, stir in the spinach to wilt along with the lemon juice and zest, you would have a very tasty dish! Let me know how you get on! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-25407890112437342492019-03-25T11:42:54.781+00:002019-03-25T11:42:54.781+00:00It sounds really delicious - I like that combinati...It sounds really delicious - I like that combination of flavours. Sadly, they do not sell packaged pre-cooked rice here (nor do I have a slow cooker). But I like the flavours, so I may fiddle with it a bit and see if I can get it to work without those two things.
