I am able to buy ready made North American Stuffing Mix from an American Supply Company (Stove Top) but I just make my own and keep it on hand in the freezer. Canadian and American Stuffing is the same. Perhaps that's what they're made from in Canada, but not in America. The seasonings used in them are sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary.
