We enjoyed it a lot. I used fresh dill because I always have that on hand and I used penne pasta as that was what I had in the cupboard. It was so easy - as the pasta cooked, I mixed the rest of the ingredients and then added pasta, put it all in the baking dish, covered it and left the oven to do the rest. My sort of cooking on a lazy day :)

It came out lovely and full of cheesy, creamy sauce - we had a simple Italian style salad with it and were both very satisfied. The flavours combine together really well and the dijon adds another layer to the taste. I'll certainly be making this one again.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04088355577823930786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-72826971772116235382017-02-27T06:41:49.187+00:002017-02-27T06:41:49.187+00:00It does sound rather digusting Gail, lol, but my m...It does sound rather digusting Gail, lol, but my mom made things which sound pretty digusting now and which we loved also! Most of our vegetables came from tins, except for maybe Carrots, turnips and potatoes! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-76691093981624718302017-02-26T05:59:34.581+00:002017-02-26T05:59:34.581+00:00Thanks! She used to make tuna salad and put this with pasta cooked, and added a tin of condensed tomato soup. I know this sounds awful, but us kids loved it. To this day, this tuna pasta dish is loved by my kids, grown up as they are. I imagine my mother (who was born in New Brunswick) must of gotten this recipe from the paper; I can't think of where else she took it from. In those days, you did eat from a tin, except for meat and potatoes.Gailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15896561549098800689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-23412247838687631072017-02-25T05:55:42.885+00:002017-02-25T05:55:42.885+00:00It's really tasty Linda! xoIt's really tasty Linda! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-12236907314095074802017-02-24T16:12:37.236+00:002017-02-24T16:12:37.236+00:00It's a great way to get kids to eat fish!
