It's good comfort food time and I suspect I could make it for two, just do more potatoes and maybe a bit more of the other ingredients too.Jeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17482528482559445943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-46215338305741496902019-01-09T14:24:08.097+00:002019-01-09T14:24:08.097+00:00Thanks Monique, I think you should give it a go! ...Thanks Monique, I think you should give it a go! One saucepan, a skillet and a baking tray! The mind boggles! This is a truly delicious dish. I was sorely tempted to tuck in, but was being very good! I am quite hungry, but the food does taste good. My tummy is a bit sore today however, so something is not quite right with me. I suspect diverticulitis! xoxoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-32422414664549644372019-01-09T13:54:41.537+00:002019-01-09T13:54:41.537+00:00I have never made potato pie..Good luck Marie w/ y...I have never made potato pie..Good luck Marie w/ your plan!La Table De Nanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04358539954508050792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-88483026890063773622019-01-09T11:43:50.047+00:002019-01-09T11:43:50.047+00:00I think Todd and The Swede lived the same sort of ...I think Todd and The Swede lived the same sort of life before we came and rescued them. The Swede told me that he didn't care what he ate - food was just fuel. In the time I've been with him, he's very much changed his tune!

This sounds like a lovely, comforting plate of food. I'd be happy to have it with a dish of beetroot and some buttered bread. Sometimes these simple dishes are what we crave.

Your first meal looks appetising. I hope it tasted as good as it looked. How can you not like peas? I adore them and am always adding handfuls of frozen peas to all sorts of dishes. Good luck with the meal plan - I hope it's beneficial.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04088355577823930786noreply@blogger.com
