I think it was fine for this dish. As per your instructions, I used chicken thighs and TUC crackers crumbled over the top. We had this with a salad and some garlic bread. It was so easy to put together and we enjoyed it very much. So many things I take for granted here. I rarely have saltines in the house but I often have packaged stuffing (dressing) mix and I think I might crush a bit of that over the top or make some seasoned croutons from bread that is languishing on the counter.
