It's one of the best late n...I just love those. It's one of the best late night dinners. Over here in Northern California we make them a little bit differently. We use brioche for the bread and then put the egg directly on top of the bread and pour mornay sauce over the whole thing EXCEPT for the yolk, we leave that exposed.
