It's light, moist and packed full of lemon flavour. We both enjoyed it very much.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04088355577823930786noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-29689828793804358512018-11-04T15:58:53.295+00:002018-11-04T15:58:53.295+00:00You can just use normal baking paper. Just cut a circle the size of your pan bottom and a strip to fit around the circumferance plus a few inches. I cut small slits about every half inch all along one edge of the strip and then I fold the slits up and place it into the buttered tin, (with the slits on the bottom of the pan) where it stays well in place and overlapping the edge. Then I put the circle in the bottom of the pan and presto, pan is lined. Hope this makes sense! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-26061995586800241362018-11-04T15:39:35.016+00:002018-11-04T15:39:35.016+00:00This looks wonderful. I know what you mean about getting the cakes out! Maybe an 8" springform pan would work (except mine is 9 inch so, so much for that!Jeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17482528482559445943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-29257213955104460302018-11-04T13:51:35.739+00:002018-11-04T13:51:35.739+00:00We get them at a place called Lakeland. You can get them in several sizes Monique, and also for loaf tins! xoMarie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-73257428571746924542018-11-04T13:49:58.979+00:002018-11-04T13:49:58.979+00:00This is also a really lovely one Marie. You know I'm in! :-) I love lemon anything and I really like cakes made with yoghurt (you posted a lovely raspberry one once that is a favourite) as they are so moist and fluffy. Will make this one for sure - it sounds lovely.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04088355577823930786noreply@blogger.com
