The desert nights have been VERY cold these past few weeks -- dipping down as low as 24 degrees, while the days are warm -- today it was almost 70 degrees. I think I'll bake early tomorrow morning. The heat from the oven will warm the kitchen up quite nicely -- there's nothing worse than standing on cold porcelain tiles. Put some batter in the loaf pan, then chocolate chips and brown sugar making sure there were some sugar clumps :)and then the rest of the batter.
