You can use caster and regular sugar interchangeably. The only difference is that the caster sugar blends in quicker. There is no discernable difference between the golden and the regular caster sugar, so you can also use them interchangeably as well. I often use the golden one because it is not as processed!Marie Raynerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00407913432222377267noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-35734241925190756802013-12-21T21:02:23.959+00:002013-12-21T21:02:23.959+00:00Hi Marie, sorry to be bothering you yet again toda...Hi Marie, sorry to be bothering you yet again today! ;)

I've just made the dough for the speculaas biscuits and I want to try making the pumpkin muffins today (FINALLY found some tinned pumpkin in Tesco!) but the only sugar I have is golden caster sugar! Can I use that for the pumpkin muffins? And would it be too much of a stretch to make the peanut butter fudge with it as well?

Thanks for your help - I'm absolutely loving trying out all these recipes! :DAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08144929727155857826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-76306187857670688962013-09-30T15:10:29.280+01:002013-09-30T15:10:29.280+01:00Fall always makes me search out pumpkin recipes.Fall always makes me search out pumpkin recipes. The JRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10860982258621823529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7100882347408067241.post-3100874683061527152013-09-30T06:32:39.646+01:002013-09-30T06:32:39.646+01:00So glad you enjoyed LJ!
