For the wreath, \nwrap a small sized tin with plastic cling film and place into the centre\n of the round tin.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\nPut the milk and the \nchocolate chips into a heavy based saucepan, along with a pinch salt.\u0026nbsp; \nHeat slowly, over low heat, stirring often, until the chocolate has \nmelted and you have a smooth and even mass.\u0026nbsp; Remove from the heat and \nstir in the vanilla and nuts (if using).\u0026nbsp; Spread into the prepared pan, \naccording to what you are making.\u0026nbsp; If you are making a wreath, spread it\n into the tin right up to the can in the centre and around.\u0026nbsp; Cut the red\n cherries in half and place evenly spaced, rounded sides up, around the \nwreath.\u0026nbsp; Cut the green cherries into quarters and place two near each \nred cherry to resemble holly leaves.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003C\/div\u003E\nCover\n and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set firm.\u0026nbsp; Lift out of the\n tin, peel off paper and cut into squares on a cutting board if you are \ndoing a square tin.
