Set aside.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nCream \ntogether the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.\u0026nbsp; Beat in the egg \nyolks.\u0026nbsp; Sift the flour and baking powder over the creamed mixture and \nthen fold in using a metal spoon.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Fold in the ground almonds and \nexract.\u0026nbsp; Fold only until all traces of the flour have disappeared.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nBeat\n the egg whites until they just hold their shape.\u0026nbsp; Fold them in gently, \nby thirds, being careful not to overmix and lose the lightness of the \nwhites.\u0026nbsp; Lightly fold in the berries.\u0026nbsp; Divide between the two prepared \ncake tins and level off carefully. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nBake in the heated oven for 30\n to 35 minutes, just until they test done.\u0026nbsp; Here we go!\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n1.\u0026nbsp; Make sure all of your ingredients are put together and assembled ahead of time.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; For instance, ice and decorate all of the cookies for the clown ruffs and have them on the serving plates, just waiting for the clown heads to be set upon them.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n2.\u0026nbsp; I iced the edges and tops of large round jammy dodger cookie (s), having put the sprinkles in a little bowl, which I then rolled the cookies in.\u0026nbsp; I attached each cookie to each plate with a dab of icing.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3.\u0026nbsp; Scoop out all of your balls of ice cream onto a large cling film lined baking tray and then place the balls in the freezer to keep them frozen.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n4.\u0026nbsp; I edged the cone (s) with some more buttercream icing and then rolled them, once again, in a small bowl filled with a different kind of sprinkles.\u0026nbsp; Set them aside to dry and set.\u0026nbsp; As well, I iced some mini marshmallows and rolled them in sprinkles to pop onto the tips of the cones as \"pom poms.\"\u0026nbsp; Nice but not necessary if you think it is too fiddly.\u0026nbsp; Your kids probably won't miss them.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n5.\u0026nbsp; For the hair I used large marshmallows cut in half and then rolled in flaked coconut which I had shaken in a jar with a few drops of red food colouring.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n6.\u0026nbsp;
