Stir in the meat and cook until it all begins to brown\u0026nbsp; little bit.\u0026nbsp; \nSprinkle with the herbs, stock powder and flour.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Whisk in the boiling \nwater.\u0026nbsp; Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to the \nboil and starts to thicken.\u0026nbsp; Whisk in the cream.\u0026nbsp; Stir in the cooked \npasta and vegetables.\u0026nbsp; Pour into the baking dish.\u0026nbsp;
