served up beautiful grilled food. \u0026nbsp;Some a bit spicy and some not. \u0026nbsp;My favourite thing there was the Garlic Sirloin and so I wanted to create something along those lines and this is cheese stuffed Spicy Garlic Sirloin Burgers! \u0026nbsp;Each burger consisting of two flavourful ground sirloin patties with a nice chunk of cheese sandwiched in the centre, wrapped with bacon and then grilled on the Barbecue until they are golden brown . . . \u0026nbsp;brushing them with some of that tasty Fiery BBQ Chili sauce as I was grilling them. \u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr grated cheese for moisture. \u0026nbsp;Sirloin can be a bit lean so I thought the cheese would help with that. \u0026nbsp;Served on toasted buns spread with some of that delicious Hellman's I  like one with a gutsy flavour such as an\u003Cbr \/\u003Earrabatia or a puttanesca)\u003Cbr \/\u003Egarlic  powder to taste\u003Cbr \/\u003E2 tsp of dried oregano\u003Cbr \/\u003E2 tsp of dried basil\u003Cbr \/\u003E1  tsp onion powder\u003Cbr \/\u003Epinch of cloves\u003Cbr \/\u003Esalt and black pepper to taste\u003Cbr \/\u003E250g  packet of ricotta cheese\u003Cbr \/\u003E8 ounces strong cheddar cheese grated\u003Cbr \/\u003E8  ounces grated mozzarella cheese\u003Cbr \/\u003E2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ECut  a thin slice off of the top of each bun.  Hollow out the centres,  leaving a 1\/4 inch thick shell.  (Discard the centres and tops, or feed  to birds, or make breadcrumbs with them and put them in the freezer.)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EBrown  the ground beef in a hot skillet, cooking and mashing with a fork until  it is nicely browned.  Stir in the garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion  powder, cloves, salt, pepper and pasta sauce.  Allow to simmer for 5 to  10 minutes over low heat until flavours meld.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPreheat the oven  to 180*C\/350*F\/ gas mark4.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMix together the ricotta cheese with  half of the cheddar cheese and half of the Mozzarella cheese, and all  of the Parmesan..  Stir together well.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPlace the hollowed out  buns on a shallow baking tray.  Divide the meat sauce between them.  Top  with equal amounts of the cheese mixture.  Cover loosely with foil and  then pop into the heated oven.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.  Remove the  foil and top with the remaining cheese and then bake for another 5  minutes or so, or pop under a hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EAllow  to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
