There is a crispy topping, which gives way to a milder chocolate taste with the slightest hint of hazelnut coming through at the end.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cb\u003ETriple Chocolate\u003C\/b\u003E - Their signature dark chocolate brownie packed full of white and milk chocolate chips and then coated with all three types of chocolate on top. If you are a fan of chocolate and salted caramel, then this has your name written all over it.\u0026nbsp; The shimmer topping was a lovely finish.\u0026nbsp; Incredibly rich. This works fabulously together.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n4 large sweet potatoes, washed and unpeeled\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n1 package (150g) of Boursin Fig \u0026amp; Nut Soft cheese,\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u0026nbsp;at room temperature\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nbuttered bread crumbs (optional)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nPreheat your oven to 200*C\/400*F\/ gas mark 6.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nPlace your washed sweet potatoes onto a baking tray and pop them into the preheated oven.\u0026nbsp; Bake them for about an hour, until they are very soft and a fork inserted into one, slips in very easily.\u0026nbsp; Remove them from the oven and let cool for a few minutes, until you can just handle them.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nCut a bit off the end of each and just let the cooked sweet potato slip out of it's skin into a large bowl.\u0026nbsp; Fold over the paper, then bash and \nflatten the chicken to roughly 1\/2 inch, using a rolling pin.\u0026nbsp; Add a TBS\n of oil to the heated frying pan, then bang in the chicken breasts.\u0026nbsp; \nCook, turning after 3 or 4 minutes, until golden and cooked through.\u0026nbsp; \nCut 4 thick slices of ciabatta, placing them on the griddle pan.\u0026nbsp; Char \nthem nicely on both sides.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nSquash the unpeeled garlic through a \ngarlic crusher into the liquidizer.\u0026nbsp; Squeeze in the lemon juice.\u0026nbsp; Add \nthe Parmesan and the rest of the dressing ingredients.\u0026nbsp; Blitz until \nsmooth, then season to taste.\u0026nbsp; (I added some sugar because it was too \ntart for our tastes.)\u0026nbsp; I let it sit for about 10 minutes, and then I scrubbed it all off. I even let it sit overnight so that it would dry on even more.  You can even see a scorch on the side of the pot due to the gas flame licking up the sides of the pot, from an earlier cooking session. It means I can bake tasty things like these delicious cupcakes!\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3 1\/2 ounces of butter, softened (7.06 TBS)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3 1\/2 ounces of soft light brown sugar (1\/2 cup plus 1 TBS firmly packed)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n2 medium free range eggs\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3 1\/2 ounces of self raising flour (1 cup, less 2 TBS)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nfor the topping:\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n1 quantity of toffee topping (see below)\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n3 to 4 TBS of chocolate flavour sprinkles.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nYou will need one 12 hole bun tin lined with paper liners.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nPreheat the oven to 190*C\/375*F\/ gas mark 5.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nBeat  the butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy.  Sift  in the flour and add the eggs, beating all together until the mixture is  smooth.  Fold in the mashed banana.  Divide the mixture equally amongst  the paper cases.  Bake in the centre of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes,  until the cakes have risen and are just firm to the touch in the  centre. Stir in the condensed milk, sugar and golden syrup.   Cook in the microwave for 4 to 7 minutes on high, stirring at the end of  every minute, until it is pale golden colour. I love chickens.  They're really quite fascinating and although they often look quite alike, they have their own unique personalities and can be a lot of fun to watch.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nMy first husband's family had battery hens.  I used to help grade eggs in the hen house on Saturdays, which was a long metal building.  I never saw the inside part where the chickens were kept.  I only ever saw the grading room, where all the eggs used to pass through a machine which would then categorize them according to size and quality. They passed through it on a conveyor belt and at the end of this belt I would put them into the appropriate cartons.  I had not idea what it meant to be a battery hen at that time. Remove any giblets from your chicken and save for another day.  Wipe your chicken dry and then rub it all over with the softened butter and season it liberally inside and out with some salt and pepper.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nPlace the chopped vegetables  in the bottom of a thick roasting tin with some olive oil.  Place on the hob over medium heat and cook and stir with a wooden spoon, cooking for about 5 minutes to slightly colour the vegetables.  Remove from the heat.  Add the spring of sage and the \u003Cspan class=\"blsp-spelling-error\" id=\"SPELLING_ERROR_2\"\u003Ebayleaf\u003C\/span\u003E.  Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and roast for about an hour and 15 minutes, or until the chicken tests done.  (The leg bone should move easily in it's socket and the juices should run clear)  Remove from the oven, place on a cutting board, and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes (lightly cover with some foil)  before carving.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nIf you like you can add some chicken broth to the vegetables in the pan and place it over the burner and bring it to a boil.  Allow to boil for several minutes before straining into a large jug.  Discard any solids in the strainer and then skim off any fat from the juices in the jug.  Return them to the pan and cook  and simmer for a good 10 to 15 minutes, to reduce somewhat.  Spoon these juices over the sliced chicken when you serve it.  You can also thicken them with a bit of flour and water to make a thick gravy.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nmmm . . . I can't wait to do something with the leftovers.
