Drop in the cold butter.\u0026nbsp; Rub the butter in with your \nfingertips until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.\u0026nbsp; Add the water and \ntoss together with a fork.\u0026nbsp; Bring the mixture together into a ball, \nkneading lightly.\u0026nbsp; Remove about 1\/3 of the ball and roll it into a long \nrope, long enough to measure around the circumference of your mug.\u0026nbsp; \nBrush the edge of the mug with some milk and then press the rope around \nthe edge to adhere.\u0026nbsp;
