Beat in the remainder of the \nsugar, the applesauce, the melted butter and vanilla.\u0026nbsp; Whisk together \nthe flour, oats, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.\u0026nbsp; Stir this\n into the wet mixture about 1\/3 at a time, mixing only to combine.\u0026nbsp; Fold\n in the courgette, walnuts and raisins.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nSpoon into the prepared loaf \ntin.\u0026nbsp; Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\n\u003Cbr \/\u003E\nBake for 1 hour and 20 \nminutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the centre comes out clean.\u0026nbsp;\n Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.\u0026nbsp;
