Add the milk \nand stir with a fork to form a dough.\u0026nbsp; Divide in two and shape each into\n a round flat disc.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; Wrap in plastic cling film and chill while you are\n making the filling.\u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003Cdiv\u003E\nPlace the potato and carrot into a\n pot of lightly salted water.\u0026nbsp; Bring to the boil and cook until tender, \nabout 10 minutes.\u0026nbsp; Drain and place in a large bowl.\u0026nbsp; Heat the oil over \nmedium heat.\u0026nbsp; Add the chopped onion.\u0026nbsp; Saute to soften.\u0026nbsp; Add the seeds \nand stir fry until very fragrant.\u0026nbsp; Tip in the salt, cayenne pepper, \ngarlic and ginger root.\u0026nbsp; Cook and stir for about a minute.\u0026nbsp; Add the \ncooked chicken, frozen peas, coriander leaf, and lemon juice.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; overhang \nand top with the other round of pastry to cover.\u0026nbsp; Press the edges \nclosed.\u0026nbsp; Trim off with a sharp knife and flute the edge decoratively.\u0026nbsp; \nBrush the top of the pie all over with some beaten egg.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;
