Some Tasty Last Minute Easter Goodies

It's still not too late to rustle up a few treats for your family for Easter.  Here are some of my favourites which I have shared with you in past years.

 

Easter Bark

 

Easter Bunny Cupcakes  Sooo cute!

 

Hot Cross Scones  (Soooo good!) 

 

Easter Chocolate Crispy Nests   Easy to make and kids love em!

 

A Simnel Tart    Very easy and oh so delish!

 

Bun and Butter Pudding   A great way to use up some of those extra Hot Cross Buns!

 

Hot Cross Muffins   Perfect for breakfast.   Tastily fruity too!

 

Hot Cross Buns with a Spiced Fruited Butter for spreading.   

You could be quite spoiled for choice!

  2. what a yummy line up! i just made bark with white chocolate and cadbury mini eggs but sadly they didn't all stick!!!

  3. I started in the kitchen at 9 AM..:)
    JUST sat down.. it's 5.28..

    I actually enjoy the preparations as you know..
    And you made the preparations even nicer..
    I loved adding the little chicks and lambs and rabbits to my cupcakes..unfortunately my printer did not end up printing color so I only have the 2 wrappers I had printed at Staples:) But w/ the white they are still so cute..I took pics..If they are ok..you will see..

  4. Ooo, the hot cross scones!! And the toasted buns at the bottom with the fruit butter! Mouthwatering! I wish my boys weren't so averse to raisins and things... I might just have to make a batch myself! And that Easter bark is one of the prettiest barks I've seen :)
